Mawaa

In Tulum's Region 15, just five minutes from the beach, you'll find Xova Urbanization, a new neighborhood where many existing trees are preserved, with wide sidewalks and corners with small plazas. Right there, in one of its corners, is where Mawaa is located with its tropical cottages.

The project is comprised of 4 private residences, with 1 or 2 bedrooms ( lockoff options), each one with an individual parking space and independent entrance. Two residences are located on the ground floor and have their respective gardens, while the two remaining houses are on the upper floor, and have access to private roof gardens.
